Still hasn't changed. If anything other neighbors had horror stories to so when any of us see they put those stupid flyers on resident doors we take them all at once and throw them away! All of the residents in my building cant stand them so we toss that crap as soon as we see them lol. smh. Just goes to show horrible service is never forgotten!

I ordered food on 12/22 for my family. I spent like $22. When the food was delivered they forgot my fries and the other food was cold. So I had to get my kids in the car and take them to the carryout. When I asked for a refund the man was nasty then he told me that he could not give me a cash refund it would go on my card. The refund took a while to come back on my card. I was in the area and went back in there . He told me that it was only $20 and that I make his business look bad. He was yelling telling me to call my bank. How can I make your business look bad when you deliver cold food!! Do not I repeat do not eat there. The place is dirty in is located in a dirty gas station in SE!! Worst carryout ever!!

It's been two hours and we still haven't received our order. The woman on the phone barely speaks English and keep saying "a few more minutes." She also hung up on us about 12 times. Never ordering from this place again.
Update: Just got our food... the driver was very rude and one of the soup containers was shattered and leaking everywhere. Plastic in the soup and everything. Requesting a full refund. -

I have ordered from this place on 2 separate occasions and have been completely u satisfied both times. Like the other reviews said, their delivery is far too long. And the driver did not get out of the car to bring my food to my door either time.
This time, my fried rice was hard and crunchy and my egg drop soup was very thick and oily with an orange color instead of the yellow that it is supposed to be. The egg roll had gotten cold, making it inedible and unappetizing.
I will not be ordering from them again and would suggest that you don't either. I actually find it hard to believe that they are still in business.
